- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

- First, I start by cooking the chicken breasts in a pot of boiling water until they’re fully cooked. Then, I shred the chicken and set it aside.

- Finally, I pour in the heavy cream to add richness and simmer the soup for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
