Keto Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

  • 16 large cremini or button mushrooms
  • 1/2 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
